Duplicate Payment Refund

Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

To avoid unwanted renewal charges:

  2. Click Cancel Auto-Renewal

  3. Confirm cancellation

Note: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Charge back Policy

If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be suspended immediately

  • Access to all services will be revoked

  • You will be liable for any chargeback fees imposed on us

  • To restore access, you must withdraw the chargeback and pay any outstanding dues
